Sorry I have not been on in a few days, its because of what Misty found. This past Wednesday morning, I was running about 10 minutes late that morning, Misty was becoming upset, she wanted her walk. So, half way though her walk, we were in the next neighborhood on a very busy double yellow line street with lots of morning traffic, she pulls me into the street, I thought she wanted to cross the street, maybe she saw a fox or another dog, no, she kept walking up the street and I saw what I thought was a little white bag, as we approached it, she started to pick up her pace, than I saw it was a tiny white kitten, just sitting on the double line, trembling. I quickly picked it up, it was so thin and shaking, we got onto the sidewalk and Misty"s teeth were chattering and she kept looking up at the kitten in my another arm. We finally got home, I called my vet, couldn't get the kitty in for an appointment until the next day, so I opened a can of cat food, placed the kitty in one of my bathrooms and kitty ate, it was staving. I called my sister and she took the kitty for the rest of the day, I couldn't let my cats near kitty, not sure if the kitty was ill. So, the next day off to the vets, it turn out that kitty is a he and around 9 weeks old, he weighed 1 pound 8 oz. all white with a very long tail and light pale blue eyes. He does have tape worms, to be expected and a URI with an eye infection. Kitty is on several medications and is between my house and my sister's house. We named him Casper. He is a darling baby, loves to be held, and today he looks so much better, the medications seem to be working, no more diarrhea in his litter box, good sign things are clearing up. If it wasn't for me running late and Misty wanting to take that route kitty may not be with us today. It just amazing that Misty saw Casper way before me, she knew it was a kitty in trouble and she had to rescue him. Misty loves kitties and cats, she lies outside the bathroom door and if Casper starts to cry, Misty lets me know. Misty loves her babies, no wonder she was such a great brood mom. Outstanding job Misty!! I am so proud of you,

my angle girl, I love you so much.
