Misty is so funny sometimes. We were walking this morning and she saw another dog being walked on the other side of the street, pretty dog, part collie and something else. Well, Misty started to bark and growl and jumping around, the other dog was just minding his own business, well, then he started to bark. I was like Misty, stop, its ok, as we turn down our street she was still turning around looking for him, now she is asleep on her bed, I guess that took alot out of her.

Patricia, I think Misty and Isis are somewhat alike. When she sees another dog coming toward her, her ears go up, her tail starts to wag and she'll growl, bark and show off. I pull her up because I don't think its proper behavior, but she just looks at me, then around at the other dog as if to say "its ok Mom, I told them just what I think" and then proudly continues on her way.

She is protecting you and her turf.
