Hearing newbies talk about their greyhound as if we have never experienced it
we have all been a newbie.

She ate some of it so I added a raw egg and it was gone.

Glad your baby ate . my vet does not allow me to use raw eggs but I do give them cooked. A neighbor does not eat the yellow so they save that for me and we whip it up with a can of milk and then bake in the oven in a greased pan. Cut it into squares and freeze we pull out just enough and use it as needed...
That sounds like a good idea.
I guess you can do it with the whole egg but my vet said that is very good for them
I will try your way.
The only reason we do it with the yolks is they are given to us and they do love them

How about a picture of your problem child?
Softee only ate half and jams had to be threatened with koolaid and Hershey

i want to know the life span on Jimmy's birds
The life span of my cockatoo is around 70-80 years old. Gabby is only 8 right now. Lovebirds don't live real long, and our 6 are getting up there in age. Our Orange Weaver Finch has to be ancient, we adopted her so we don't know how old she is.
Do you have plans just incase you and Terri can't take care of the ones that live 60-80 years? i always wonder about that because some birds do live for a long time
We think our daughter and her husband will take care of her. That's one thing about animals that live a long time, you have to make plans in advance for their care.

Another thing that makes me happy is when all 6 went pee and poop in the rain. Yay!!!!!!!

Getting all the fur kids to eat and potty in the rain. Jams does not like to get her doo wet
It took me a while to teach mine to go in the rain, they don't like it, but they'll go.
They all ate and Ms. Softee ate some of Jams. Jams let hers sit so Softee went over and helped herself. Jams started eating when Softee got done. The all went out in the rain. Belle goes out and does laps as if she is on the track.
Schotzie ate again tonight I'll get some pictures tomorrow and post them, we were at a M&G today and I'm wiped out.

Schotzie - Mine ate also - Softee ate at 3 pm and then ate more than half her dinner. Jams is another story did not eat until I put her food in a large blue feeding bowl but barked at Koolaid and Hershey if they came with a foot of her food

Getting all my laundry done, shopping and working on some of my orders yesterday
laundry day here also, but don't have a lot so will be done early.
Getting my laundry done - I did skip towels but have enough to last until Sunday when I will do laundry again. Saturday we have a craft show
going back to bed.
