After dinner, it's to the couch I go.

I want Time and Nature to come down the stairs with out any help.

At one time Time was doing well and then he came down to fast even with me in front of him, lost his step and came tumbling down. Nature thinks she needs to race down them also, I hold thier collars to control how fast they come down. Is there anything I can do to help slow them down?

We're having KFC tonight. It was on the way home from the vet, so we caved.

I am having a Fish Sandwitch - I keep two days meat free in lent. Today (Good Friday) and Ash Wednesday. I sometimes do the other Fridays but not all the time
