I get those I won e-mails all the time. I also get let us use your bank account to get 300 million from a dead relative e-mails.

Dog limit here in the Burg is 5 per person so 5 for me and 5 for Dave but he only has 1

In NY, dogs are also considered personal property. A tag for a spayed/neutered is $8.50 and for a un-neutered is $11.00 - annually. Only one of my boys is neutered - he came that way, all my girls are spayed and the rest of my boys still have them

Here is $7 for spayed or neutered and $12 for not (City of Pittsburgh) some areas give discount for Seniors but not Pittsburgh
