It actually went very well. Her mouth is sore, but that was to be expected. She's still laughing, a little. She took off from work tomorrow to help it heal.

She's doin great. It's like she never went to the dentist. She's a little sore, and can only eat certain boring things, but she's alright.

TACO POCKETS

1 Pkg. Taco seasoning
2 pkg Jiffy Cornmeal Mix*
1 lb. ground beef
1 container sour cream
1 pkg grated cheese

Prepare taco seasoning and jiffy mix per directors. Grease muffin pans** (do not use liners as muffins will stick). Put mix in bottom of pan (fill about 1/3 full) add taco mix to cover, cheese then sour cream, finish off with muffin mix. Bake 350 until done.
* If Jiffy is too sweet make your own muffin mix
** Lazy way - grease 13 x 9 pan - add half the muffin mix to cover, top with taco mix, cheese & sour cream then finish off with the muffin mix.

PS can doctor the taco seasoning to make it spicier
