Hettie and I went to Weston, WV to pick up hounds today, and this is our pup to foster. Poca is our senior brood Rachel's pup from her first litter.

She is an amazingly happy girl, tail wagging all the time, and won't stop following Terri around the house.

Poca and her mom don't seem to remember each other, but with 5 other hounds in the house, Poca has her paws full.

Oh my, do I see a little roman nose there?
She's really beautiful. I love the back ground with the leaves on the ground. Uhmmm...you ARE going to post more pictures, RIGHT!!!

She is gorgeous.

When we pick up multiple dogs, of course they have their muzzles on. The ride was pretty long, and when we got back, we took off the muzzles so they could pose for pictures.

To our suprise, this 3 year old beauty has a roman nose. Maybe not as pronounced as some, but it's there.

I had a dream about her last night that she was here and I no longer could say 6 pack. Woke up and no POCA,

I took some pictures last night with my cheap 35mm camera of her laying on the same bed as her mama. I hope they come out, and when they do, I'll post them.

This is one hard dog to foster, because I can't come up with one single excuse not to keep her.

We've decided just to keep fostering before we add another. I know I'll miss this one, but I'm happy knowing that she'll be really good for another family.

No. I don't want to foster flunk. But with 5 hounds, any hound I might want, I will foster first to make sure it'll fit with our pack.
