She got here at 8:30 tonight (Happy Anniversary to me and hubby!). My daughter is over the moon; she's so happy to have her home. She is doing really well for her first night, I think. She's hanging out with hubby in the living room but has thoroughly explored every nook and cranny (and found the rats' treats LOL) at least once. My poor cat is so stressed, though. I really wish he wouldn't be, as Snappy is actually kind of scared of him (pretty funny seeing a 60lb greyhound run *from* an 8lb cat ). Hopefully they'll both chill out in the coming weeks.

I'll try to snap some pics over the weekend so you can see our beautiful baby (and the rest of the menagerie).

Now I have to get her measurements and start spending some money on clothes and collars and anything else I can think of.

Aww this is greyt. Can't wait to see the pictures.
My cats got a little worried when each of the greys would come in, and they'd hide for about an hour, then they'd sense the dog was more scared than they were, so they'd start following & sniffing. Now they all sleep together.

She is such a love. If I could get rid of her gas (ew!) and teach her to do the dishes, she'd be absolutely perfect. :D

To get rid of the gas, I add a heaping spoon of low-fat yogurt (plain or vanila) to their food. You can give her the yogurt by itself, but I add it in to their food because they think their getting something special, and it works for getting rid of the gas. Good luck.

Congratulations on bringing home your new family member!! We have 3 greys, 2 which are cat safe and love to play with our daughters cat when we visit. Our 80 lb boy with run from the cat til he realizes she's not going to try to use it as a drum again, then they all have fun. Enjoy and post pics.
