The holidays are just about here again. And with them comes stress and anxiety. According to the National Mental Association, depression peaks over the holidays. So, if you feel depressed or just stress, here are some tips:
Talk honestly to someone.
Stick within your normal life routine as much as possible.
Make realistic goals and expectations.
Don't be afraid to say no to parties or obligations that will crowd your time.
Set a realistic budget and stick to it.
Do not use the season as a time to cure past problems.
Find time for yourself.
