I cannot wait. I have wanted to do this for many years. I am going to get a real beauty kit and build it from scratch and decorate it. I just joined a dollhouse forum and the people are just wonderful. Very talented and awesome ideas and hints. I will post pics if I do not bore you too much.

Very cool. I love doing creative projects with my hands. The satisfaction is incredible, and the state of zen you can get into while you're working is really wonderful.

I've never done a real doll house, but when I was a kid I got a doll house kit for Christmas one year. I didn't put it together right away, so a year or so later a friend was spending the night and we decided to take on the task. We were probably 11 (we're 40 now, and still BFFs *grin*). We stayed up all night working on it, and by morning it was finished. It was pretty cool.

I had dollhouses for years. My father made them for me and I decorated them. I have lots of furniture and accessories packed away since my move. As I won't be needing them anymore, let me know if you'd like to purchase anything.
