Here's a word of advice, if you are getting ready to make a New Year's fitness resolutions, don't. Fitness resolutions are basically just a wish list. They create unreasonable expectations, and most people have no idea how to achieve them, it just sets you up for failure. Instead, design a yearlong plan that will lead you to success, so instead of wishing for a new and improved you, focus on small, effective lifestyle changes that can help you take charge of your health and your life. I have designed a yearlong plan to improve your health, use it each month. If you stick to your plan, your year should be filled with success, not failures. By next year, you'll be happier with the person you are and you can make your resolution to do more of the same. So, lets get started:
