You may want to read my favorite poem - I wrote it for ReRun before he passed away. (sure do miss my angels) http://www.associatedcontent.com/user/4934...na_wiepert.html
If you don't already know us from other places - we also have a special fund that we run. Lambie's Smile Fund - it's in memory of Lambie Pie that passed away Dec 04 to Rocky Mtn Spotted Fever. A local rescue group here in NH uses it to help animals that come to them to prevent tick diseases and to assist in the medical needs for any that come in with a TBD. (Sneek News: April 30 will be having a big on line auction to help raise some $$ and I hope to also have at least one maybe two before that with books and art - greyhound and non-greyhound related items - still looking around for items to add to the auctions)
One recent story to tell - last week the snow around here got so high in our fenced in yard that Cofax could just walk up on the snow and look over the edge of the fence (Just as Mom was about to have a heart attack!). So - after getting her back in the house - Dad had to snow blow the lawn so she had a safer place to "go" and Mom put up a burlap fence around the big snow piles! Cofax loves the snow... she likes to have snowball fights and we play tag around the snow piles and bury me in the snow! What a hambone !
You can see some pictures on my website - page: Dec 07 pictures - www.freewebs.com/3nofleas Well....... better get the day going - like I said - lots to do today. Plus I want to play some Tennis on my new Wii (Cofax gives me kisses for good luck before she gets on the sofa to stay out of my way!).
So ..... have a good day - ya'll !
We're a friendly group of greyhound lovers.
