Got some wonderful news this morning. Trish called me and told me that Etta has been adopted and is now at her forever home. The folks who adopted her are great and active in the group we help.

This is great news. She is 12yrs old and we thought she never get adopted. She doesn't act her age at all.

She is living with another greyhound and a small dog so she'll have some buddies to play with.

That's wonderful!!!

I'm so happy for her!!! She will be a wonderful addition and I know that Roland just loves her!

Yeah for Etta!!! Our foster, Nebby, is 9 1/2 and you would never know it. I just love these senior greyhounds. I wish more people would give them a chance, they have so much to offer.

I snagged some pictures of Etta off our groups adoption page. Etta was much loved by Trish and I and all the people at GAA and we are so happy she is adopted and to a great new family.

I was looking at that one picture, I'm concerned she's not getting enough rest. Wonder if we should all go over tonight & do a home visit....wonder what they're having for dinner that we'd like? he he he
This is fantastic news. I think when they turn 10 yrs old, they start that reverse process...puppyhood senior style.

Etta is also a brood mommy.
