What other breed of dog has always tugged at your heart?

I absolutely love Irish Wolfhounds but have never gotten one because I was always told they have such a short life. I don't know if I could take the heartbreak. Now these dog are truly a gentle giant

I am a little biased but Lab's have my heart (along with greys of course). Wolfhounds are beautiful as well.
But how could you not love this:

Besides hounds, I love the Weimaraner.

Well my weakness is the Golden Retrievers. I have four right now, all house dogs! We just sold 8 pups and are now out of the breeding business.

Siberian Husky, Samoyed, and the German Shepard. Friends of my have an all black German Shepard, he is just beautiful.

After the IGs go, I think we'll look into the Saluki. I love those guys! We'll also always have a Greyhound. No more IGs, though. Well, maybe when I'm old.

I have a soft spot for American Bulldogs...how could you look into Kane's demented face and not fall head over heels in love?


Besides that, I love Salukis and German Pinschers as well!

Well along with the Greys we have German Shepherds and a Mini Pin. I also love the Doberman.

A big Great Dane would probably try to melt my heart. (but the drool !)

Puppies and I got to hold one at the vets today under 6 weeks and I just love the smell of puppy breath
