This morning on turnout, they all got bunched at the door and as I was letting them out, Suzy was last and I accidently closed the door with her tail in it. It was just a second and she did yelp.
They all did there business and came in, at and then went back to their places.

Later in the day when we took them out, she was wagging her tail outside and we saw blood on Milky and her.

We looked all over and then we notice her tail had a little cut on it.

It doesn't seem to be to bad but Suzy has that hurt look on her face. Trish washed it up good.

Send some good thoughts Suzy's way. She does look a little in pain. The cut is on the tip of the end of the tail.

to Suzy hope her tail heels fast.

Poor Suzy!! I hate tail injuries. Hope she gets better soon.

Sending hugs and kisses to Suzy for quick healing of her ouchies on her tail. Ty had his caught in a car door (not by me)once. We cleaned it up, put polysporin antibacterial cream on it, wrapped it and the next day it was fine.

Here tail seems to be looking much better today. Just a little crispy but seems to be healing good. The best part is she isn't licking it.

You are lucky you did not break it - our Jams has a couple of boo boos on her tail from tail wag - one she did in foster care and had blood all over the place and another one here. She wags her tail with gusto and then it hit a table leg here and blood everywhere. Have you ever tried to bandage a tail especially one that is constantly on the move..

Poor Suzy. Time to wrap her up in bubble wrap.
