Boy, that didn't last long, did it? He came into our house Wednesday, and Thursday night my DH was filling out the application to adopt. I know it was all part of the evil plot of my rescue group director! She knew we wouldn't be able to resist this exceptional little guy. Here are a few more pictures, just 'cause.

The boots are pretty great. They're codura lined with polar fleece. I've been using the straight polar fleece ones for the big hounds, but I'm going to pick up some of the cordura sets for them, too. They're water resistant, and seem to wick away any water that does come through. Since it doesn't get really wet here, they're perfect.

Gosh, gang, it's been so busy around here, I barely have time to check in to get Snowy updates, let alone do pictures . My sister came up to visit for a few days (awesome time), and Millie brought a lovely bout of Kennel Cough with her from Animal Control. Of course, that had to be shared with a few members of the pack. Break Up is well underway here (that's the season between Winter and Construction ), so it's melt/mud/freeze everyday, with a little new snow thrown it just for kicks.

Oh, you know, I think I do have at least one new picture from a week or so ago. This is exactly why my DH has nicknamed Diego Little Big Man.



New pictures as soon as things start to dry out a little. It's really a sloppy, COLD, mess everywhere right now. It's like wading around in ice water, literally.

It's funny you should mention that...

The past couple weeks have been kind of busy - our rescue group had an event last weekend that we were getting ready for, and I all this week I was diligently cleaning the backyard, but yesterday I got to enjoy the fruits of my labor and took some pictures. I was babysitting a little American Eskimo pup for part of the day, so I'm including some pics of her, too.
