I was taught to squeeze from the bottom and then roll the tube up but with the plastic tubes cannot do that anymore

so i voted for the middle cuz its easier! then when it gets towards the end i take my toothbrush and move all the toothpaste to the top!

Had to pick the last "my teeth are black" 'cause you didn't give an "other" option. I don't use regular tubes of toothpaste. I have the kind that stands on its end - doesn't matter where you squeeze it.
