Are Irish greyhounds bigger boned then american Greys?

My boy is of Irish decent he is about 32-33 inches at the shoulder with an extremely deep chest ... but that could just be him. I would say they are but what do I know.

Dozer is a big boy , he just seems stouter than other males I have seen.

i don't know anything about different body types related to their background! i do know that Al is a tiny lil' male.. he is the size of a female... his features are so tiny, he's a lil' cutie but a big bootie!!

don;t know about body types but I was told by a breeder that Irish greys and decendants have softer fur. My Jams and Koolaid do. I know the Jams greys all were originally from Ireland

They do look thicker and bigger, but, of course my eye sight may not be the greatest.
