1/4 cup of orange juice, I perfer Tropicana's Light and Healthy. 1/2 less sugar and calories.
1/2 cup of plain, low-fat yogurt.
1/4 cup of raspberries.
1/4 cup of blackberries.
1/4 cup of blueberries.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
