Occasionally the Director of my rescue group asks me to babysit a dog for the day. It may be a pup that had a morning vet or grooming appointment, it may be a dog that's being released and it's easier for me to take custody in the middle of the day, or, it might just be a large puppy like Brutus, a pup that has way too much energy and needs a play date with a crew of rowdy hooligans to wear him out:
Needless to say, my crew was pretty darn tuckered after a day with him, too. That boy doesn't walk anywhere.

No, he's a dane cross. Possibly lab, but we don't really know. Long story how we ended up with him (we placed two of his sisters, too), but the girl who had them was told by the "breeder" that he and his sisters were boxer puppies. HA! Though the sisters do look a lot more boxer, they're definitely dane mixes. Maybe dane/boxer/lab. He's just barely 5 months old right now and just a tank. A very cute, cuddly, wiggly tank *grin* .
