I don't know how many people know this, but Presidential-candidate Barok Obama is Muslim. Now, don't get me wrong, I have absolutely no problem with the Muslim religion, but I do have a problem with the fact that he may be elected to office in a country founded on Christian beliefs.

This is more an opinion than anything, and I'd like everyone else's opinion.

He is not a muslim. He attended catholic and muslim schools as a child but has been a member of United Church of Christ for more than 20 years. The whole muslim myth came from the fact his father started out as a muslim (became an atheist before he married Barack's mother). They were divorced when he was two and only saw him one other time. Barack also attended a madrassa in Jakarta for two years and some right-wing publication (Insight magazine) described it as one of the radical terrorist-teaching type of madrassas like some of those found in Pakistan and elswhere. It was investigated and found to be false. It's a public school and has large contigents of muslim, christians, buddhists and others. Of course Fox news was all over the story without ever sending anyone to confirm any facts or accusations. What makes it even more pathetic is that several Fox personalities later tried to say Clinton was behind it.

In the coming months we'll hear more .

Hear more what? He's not a muslim. Unless the right wing whackos make up some more crap that will no doubt be swallowed without question by a good percentage of republicans.

Those Republicans are some wild and crazy people , thell believe anything.
