What a beautiful morning!!!!

Just dropped my van off at the shop, and walked a mile through our little town to get home. What a great morning to be out.

It is going to get hot later, but oh well.

Good evening everyone! We had greyt weather here today! My a/con man came over while I was at work, he let the doggies out while he worked on a pipe...the pups loved it. Wish he'd do that all the time!
I'm fixing to go to bed!

Hilda, I hope he wasn't working on a pipe because it was busted! NOT! Its nice to have someone you trust. I used to have one of those but he refused to get a heart transplant then upped and died. Pretty rude if you ask me. Hope the weather holds well for all. Good night EG.

Steve came over to replace some sort of big huge vent pipe (I almost wrote Pipi) that goes from the unit to the big square vents that run through the house. The dogs loved it, he said he came over & they were all glad to see him, he let them outside & they played & ate apples...he was amazed...and then he said when he looked outside, they were either laying in the sun stretched out or in the shade.

A lightning bug just came to my window!!!

Hey...I just noticed I am on JULY's check in!!! Someone is on the ball this month!!!

Its time to hit the rack, working the next three days. Lets see what kind of dummies the helicopter is going to bring us. Maybe the idiots who shoot guns in the air instead of fireworks will get a clue and quit. Probably not! Hope all have a wonderful and safe 4th of July.

Have been shopping up until now. Since the van was down for 2 days, we had to get some things for the critters and the house.

I feel sorry for people who have planned picnics as our weather is not the greatest at lest it is not raining and no thunder yet

It's raining now and the idiots are shooting off fireworks and gets Belle and Hershey barking has been a pretty shitty day weatherwise.

We're getting a really good rain right now. I'm hopeing that'll keep the fireworks down for at least tonight.

Well we started off sunny & warmish...I got outside & cut the front & back yards, then I came inside & had some lunch, then we took a nap...Now its cloudy & it did sprinkle a bit while I was blowing the cuttings off the porch. I think we're going to get rain tonight.
So far my neighbors have been pretty quiet.

Everyone who is cooking out, their smoke from their grills are clouding up our neighborhood, there is no wind to blow away. It smells good, but it's weird.

I met my friend Cynde at Chili's, I had the ribs, brought some home for snack...we could see the fireworks at the park across the street. I watched a NASCAR race on the big screen. Hurricane fixed Pipi's tag collar...now I'm going to bed.

Didn't get pics of the GUR because a storm was rolling through, and it was to dark.
We were able to get out of the rain and the storm once we picked up the hounds, and had a really nice ride back. Even saw some nice fireworks off in the distance.

Good Wednesday Morning!!!!!

Good morning everyone! Hubby 's procedure went well and the doctor was able to excise all the melanoma. We finally received the results yesterday. So now he just has to go for blood work every six months until our family doctor is no longer concerned and keep an eye on any spots (monthly).

Thanks to you all for your thoughts, prayers and encouraging words. Now we just wait until the family doctor returns to figure out what is going on with his throat/neck area.
You guys are the best!

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been here, computer problems. I think I have it solved, my computer guy at work told me to clean out my history & my cookies...and it seems to be working! No more freeze up!
Then I've been working overtime also & I'm so tired. Me & the doggies went to bed last night at 7:30 & watched Law & Order SVU...I still feel tired, so I'm fixing to get off here & go fix me some dinner & crash!

Todays my youngest boys Birthday, He is 7yrs old today !

Happy Birthday...wow 7...I don't remember 7.
We had rain, storms...I think a house got struck by lightning...when I was coming home, my main street was blocked by ambulances, fire trucks & several police cars! People out on the streets, so I took a side street & went home, but there was some black smoke in the air hovering...I hope everything is okay.
The power had gone off at my house, BUT Banker went outside. I wonder if Snowy influenced his fear of thunder?

Your not going to believe this, but I was thinking of calling our foster Pipi while she is here. Pinger just doesn't cut it for such a beautiful girl.

Jimmy, Pipi-Francine would be honored to have someone named after her...its pronounced Pie Pie. Her racing name is Gs Pilot...I couldn't figure out when I first got her why they called her Pie Pie & then I saw her racing name, Pilot. Some people will accidently call her Pippy...which I think is cute too. But Pipi is such a cute name & is so girlish. YOU WILL HAVE TO POST PICTURES!!!

So far I only have one picture of her, it's in the foster section. It doesn't show all the ticking on her body. I'll be taking pics of her later.
