I am so proud of one of my best friends. Maria recently ran a 5K race and out of 50 women she came in 32, with a time of 33:06.68 and her teen age daughter who is on the Cross- Country Tack Team and Indoor Track Team at her high school came in 17th out of 30 with a time of 29:33.50, mom is not that far behind!! Congrats to Maria Salatti and her daughter Cara!! Plus she looks great, she lost over 20 pounds and looks so tight, I'm sure Jerry, her husband , is pleased with her dedication and hard work.
