What's every ones favorite colour for a Greyhound? Everyone leans toward a colour preference don't they, even though the colour has nothing to do with the temperament. You are just more attracted to the look of one colour.
Alright Tom, you missed a choice- any color!!! I had to vote for black since that's what Oreo is, but would have rather been able to pick any color! 
I had to vote for red or my Rosie would have pouted, but I really pick personallity first. color comes with the hound. 
I wanted to pick blue fawn but settled for just blue.... But I can't be picky as I have a moo moo dog and a fawn dog at home
Went with the white, but really wanted parti-colored 'cause I have to be partial with two parti-hounds 
. But I love the fact the GREYhounds come in just about every color under the sun. Gotta' love every flavor.

Should probably select "black" for Gryphon, but Larson was a cow dog so I have a big, empty soft spot for the particolors.

Yep you should of had any color I picked red/fawn as Belle is sitting her behind me and I did not want her upset with me. I love them all and as some one said before it is not the color that makes you love them it is the personality and how they react to you. We have 3 black, 1 dark brindle, 1 red and 1 white/blue. We had 1 party color white/black, 2 red (if I can count my preadopted boy whose death is still a mystery) and 1 fawn brindle
I picked Dark Brindle like Troublina (GIJenn). Just spectacular. But I wish there was room for my tuxedo Blue boy that I lost awhile back.

I love them all too, but i like the different colors of the brindles.
I wish there were more blue dogs available for adopters since lots of people ask about that color. Wonder why there aren't as many blues as other colors?
I believe at one time they considered blue greyhounds bad luck. I was told that at a lot of groups if a blue one comes in they are the first one adopted.
I have a brindle & white and a red fawn, so in way, those are my favorites Just thinking in the abstract, black and the brindles are my favorites. I have seen some stunning color combinations in the brindles.

The brindles are beautiful - we had a fawn brindle and she is now a Bridge Angel hence her name Phawn. Here is her picture taken a few months before
She is here with her vet receiving her Bridge Kiss - It was Osteosarcoma and after it was diagnosed we only have a couple of weeks

I love all the colors!!I've never seen an ugly color yet!
I have Paige,a red and white fawn(marked like a cow).Then
we have Pride,a Big brindle boy,and last, the Diva,Blue Moon,
who is blue.I really love the black brindles..they are beautiful.

No matter the colour they are all beautiful. Jams is a dark brindle but she looks black can hardly see the bindle in her.
The boy I'm bringing home soon is a blue brindle. I love the brindles. Though I've seen a few that are white and red with the white streak up the snout and a black mask. Gorgeous they were!

I picked grey since that is not really a color on the chart. I have 8 at home right now. 3 brindles, 2 brindle and whites 2 reds 1 fawn.I think it's the personality that makes them special. We did have a black one but we lost him about 2 weeks ago. He was 10 and we still miss him. Have a greyt day.

I guess I would have to say any form of brindle as well. Harley was my first and he is brindle. Then came Bella who is white and red brindle. Bringing up the rear for now is Butch and he is Black as can be! I want one of every color, every personality, some day!
Newbie here--just love my BBG's (big black greys) and of course our brindle. Just have a special place in my heart for the black ones.
I picked grey since there is no such colour. I guess I should've said brindle. Of the 6 at home right now I have 3 brindle, 1 red and 2 brindle and white. Love um all even if they were purlple and pink!

We tried that and we have 6 - 2 black and aunt and nephew (he is a black tux boy and the sweetest hound you would ever want), dark or black brindle gal, white/blue gal, red gal and an Ohio rescue who was a dark chocolate color at about 7 months and now looks black with grey around her eyes
I had to pick Blue Brindle since that is what my Jean'ee is but I love our big Black Mr. Who and then there is our Foster which is a parti color cow dog. I think I love all the colors we nerer specify what color we want So I guess we are just addicted to all of them.
My Shadow is a blue fawn. He is kinda of a rare color. I will post pictures as soon as I edit them to post on this site. In the past, I have had a black and white, dark brindle, fawn brindle, and fawn. I kind of pick my greyhound based on their personality.
I lo9ve the all black greyhounds. Misty is a dark brindle and I wouldn't trade her for the world, but I have a thing for all black. My kittens are black, Shadow my mom's cat is black and Toby was mostly black, just beautiful. But, I love all the different colors.
I love the way their coat shines my two black Softee and Penske's coats glistens
Carl is black, but any color is good with me!

Beryl, that's what I've heard too. And you're right...we get a blue greyhound & its the first one to go. The blue brindles go fast too. We had a whole litter (they were 18 months old) come in...all the girls were blue brindles & the boys were red brindle...a family who had greyhounds already, adopted 3 of the girls & another family adopted 2 of the girls. Crazy!!!
I voted, but I don't think I said which color was my favorite. I love the black ones...I've had 3 (I still have one Gogh baby)
and I love the true fawns, like Snowy was.
What a hard choice!!! I love them all!!
