Ok, I've been soliciting ideas for personalized plates for my new houndmobile, and I've gotten a bunch of really good ones, but I'm still on the lookout for more. So far my favorites are:

Nope, not dumb, I just can't fit that many letters on the plate!
I had thought of that one, but Alaska wouldn't give me just one more letter, the stingy buggers.
Awww shoot, we have 7 letters on Ontario plates.

Someone's already got GRYHND (first one I tried) and since there are like, 12 whole greyhounds in the entire state of Alaska, I'd like to know who the heck it is!
But I'm getting some good ideas, and I've got a couple weeks yet before I have to decide, so...
How about GR8HND ?
In Colorado, we're able to get the "Adopt a Greyhound" plates, but we can't personalize them. Before I knew that I couldn't personalize the plates, I considered "GHOUND". Now that I think about it, it kind of sounds gangsta!

I'm still waiting for my regular plates. They're taking forever. But I'm leaning towards HSNPFR or HSNFFR (I figure that's the closest these guys are ever going to get to rabbit - stewed 
) with some kind of plate holder that has greyhound stuff on it.
Not everyone will get it, but anyone who's up on their Bugs Bunny, and sees the dogs or the greyhound plate holder should be able to put it together.
Oh, and someone PMed me and said they had just ordered BNYKLR. I warned them that they better watch out for over zealous PETA folks
