Yummy, Banana Bread.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup of uncooked quick oats
1 scoop of banana protein powder ( try American Whey)
1 egg white
Cinnamon to taste, just a pinch
Splenda to taste, just a pinch
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine all ingredients and add enough water to make a thick yet pourable batter. Pour entire mixture into a well-greased miniature loaf pan. Cook until the middle is set, about 20 minutes. Let cool and serve. So good. Enjoy!
