I did a real stupid thing this evening. I was out watering my lawn, its been a long day. a 2.5 hour drive home from the beach, coming home to a HOT house, my house is all brick and it holds on to the heat and just being hot and tired. Well, I picked up the sprinkler, its one that goes back and forth, to hold in my hand so I could finish up, by walking with it and some how I got my finger caught in the device that moves the sprinkler back and forth. All the pressure was on my finger and it really hurt, I just wanted to scream and cry at the same time.
. I was able to wiggle my finger out of the device. I was not going to call 911, I could only image what the medics would be saying. "What idiot gets their finger caught in a sprinkler?" I know what they would be saying being one myself. My finger is a little swollen, but, I'm able to flexs and extend it. I can't believe I did something like that.
I guess I was tired and hot, so its time for a shower and bed.
Trust me I won't ever do that again.
