My son Al was rushed to the hospital today while I was at work. He fell at least 3 times and is disorientated. He was diagnosed about a year ago, went through chemo and radiation therapy. A few months ago they operated and removed lymph nodes and tonsils. He seemed to be doing greyt and then boom this.

Praying for Al and that he'll be ok.

Just back from the hospital. He is skin and bone, doctor was in and wants to do a MRI and Al is refusing. I hope he gets it done with time the doctor said they will sedate him. He is on IV's for pain and the feeding tube. Is drinking water. Hope they get him to the point that he will eat real food again.

So sorry to hear it! Hope they get him feeling better.

How old is your son? I'm hoping that he'll eventually get the MRI. We're sending you hugs! Hang in there. If you need anything, let me know..

He will be 49 on September 11. We have been fighting with him for a few months to get the MRI. I don't know if he has given up or what. I have 6 all told - he has a twin sister. I had 4 boys and 2 girls.

I hope Al is okay! We are thinking of you all!!!

Al is young! I really hope that Al doesn't give up and remains hopeful. It's great to have family support and it's obvious that he's an important person in your life as kids should be.

Just back from the hospital he looks better today than he did Thursday. Still in a holding pattern for his treatment but this is the weekend so I guess we will have to wait until Monday.

Al is the same as yesterday and we are still waiting to see what treatment his doctors are going to do. I will update when I get some more news. Welcome to the Board. I have a six pack 5 gals and a guy - My oldest will be 14 August 2 (Softee aka Softshoesureshot), Jams aka Jams Breadwinner is 11, Koolaid aka ZC Koolaid will be 9, Hershey rescued from a kill shelter in Ohio non racer we think is about 4, Belle aka Jams Beryl P (yep she was named after me) just turned 3 April 4 and Penske aka Magic Penske was 5 on June 2 we just adopted him in April.

I am sending prayers and good thoughts your way for both you and Al. I wish you all the strength, patience and comfort you need at this very stressful time.

About the same did a scope results are not back yet. Worked today am going up to see him Thursday. Just praying that their treatment when they decide what and where to do it will get rid of all the cancer.
