Regular sweating may be just the trick to keeping anxiety and depression at bay. in a British study that follow over one thousand men, those who reported regular vigorous training, such as running, and sports that involved running, like soccer, were about 25 percent less likely then men who weren't as active to develop depression or anxiety over the next five years. The same is believed to be true for women.
