Busted again for DUI this morning. She needs some help.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Department has just released the mugshot taken after her arrest early this morning.

Now she is saying she was wearing someone's pants. Oh come on now Lindsay, they weren't her pants, PLEASE! Enough is enough, girl, its serious jail time for you and no more moving making for a long time.

This reminds me of the show COPS. When they pull people over, they always use the excuse, I didn't do anything wrong. When the officier says, do you have any drugs in the car, they say no, but when they are questioned further, there is drugs or booz in the car or they say they weren't drinking but they don't pass the test.

Why is she hanging out with people who would have cocaine in there pockets anyway? She JUST got out of rehab. Makes me want to scream
