Several moths ago, a young man from an Afrcia country who went to high school and college in this country, raped a 7 year old girl, he was let go by the judge, here in Maryland, because they could not find an interperter for him, now they had several months. My question is, the person speaks and understands English, he finished college here, in Maryland. Now he is a free man to do this crime again. I think the judge needs to go.

I think you can thank the ACLU for alot of the "criminals" that get let go or never see justice for whatever stupid reason! This makes me sick to my stomach!

Don't they have an alert in MD like we do in PA telling you where these perverts live and sometimes work?

We do have a sex offender registry. I'll have to see if this guy is on the list.

He most likely is not on the list since the case was thrown out.
