Many people like to do their workouts first thing in the morning. But if you want to get most out of your workouts, you should pay attention to your circadian rhythm. Research has found that the majority of components of exercise performance, including flexibility, muscle strength, and short-term high power output vary with the time of day in an undulating manner and peak in the early evening close to the time that your body temperature is highest. So if you want great glutes , save your squarts and lunges for the evening. biggrin.gif
