Full Version: My foster Lucy
Here's a picture of one of my fosters, Lucy. As you can see she is quite the water bug...just loves the pool. This girl really captured my heart and I almost didn't let her go but she got a wonderful loving home with a male grey companion and she is very happy....oh, and they did buy her a new pool the day they brought her home!!! So she is a spoiled pup too and very deserving of it!!!!!!!!!!
I really need to get a pool for my grey! She looks like she is having so much fun!

Doubt if you will get one this late - last year we ended up getting a supertub from Busy Beaver for Belle and she enjoyed as much as her pool that we got her this year.

Wow she really enjoys it. Bought one for my guys ... Ty will stand in it ... that's it just stand in it like a statue.

Looks like fun! 
Our Belle gets in hers and does the same thing and will even lie down in it. We have caught Koolaid once lying down in it and peeing in it, Penske will wade in it and he thinks its a giant water bowl. Caught Jams, Hershey and Softee drinking waterout of it. Will post some pics later
Lucy is having fun. 
It is hysterical here when Belle does that you have the other greys running away from the water that she is splashing everywhere

I know what you mean....my own two, Cali & JJ will go in it and maybe lay down but that's about it. They just want me to wet them down and they are ready to get out. Lucy just adored the water right from the first day here and she went out on the deck to "her" pool several times a day to romp until she was exhausted. She eventually learned how to lay down with her head hanging over the edge so she wouldn't drown while she tried to take a nap. That came after several unsuccessful attempts where her face hit the water as she was trying to snooze. I have to give the girl credit...she is certainly creative. Her adopters tell me she stares down their other grey if he even attempts to go near her pool, other than that they ga=et along great. I have to say that I really do miss watching her enjoy the water....she is a sweetie!!!!!
