Ta Da!!!!!!! It is FINISHED!!!!!!!!
I am in the process of making a running greyhound afghan (light tan in color) to raffle off at the M & M in Dewey this October. The proceeds will go to Dr. Couto at OSU and will be dedicated to use for his cancer research on greyhounds. So many of us have lost our dear companions to cancer. It is in honor of them that I am making this afghan. Run free dear sweeties, we miss you.

Raffle tickets can be purchased through me. PM me and I will give you my address. The checks should be made out to The Greyhound Project. Please remember that I will be bringing all of the checks to Dewey with me and that they will not be cashed until after October 8.

The raffle tickets will sell for $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. Please include your e-mail address so that I can send the raffle numbers to you. If you want you can send me your phone number instead. Tickets can be purchased here and at the M&M GRTB Message Board get together Friday night in Dewey. If you will not be at the mix & mingle please give me your cell # so that I can make arrangements with you to get the afghan to you before you leave Dewey. The drawing will be held at the GRTB Friday night M&M. I thought that everyone should have a chance to purchase raffle tickets for the afghan as some of you will not be able to attend Dewey this year. I will post a pix of the afghan when it is completed. Hi Beryl,
I will get your raffle tickets out to you, I have been crocheting the afghan non stop that I forgot to mail them to you. Thank you for buying the raffle tickets. It's for a really greyt cause. Dr. Couto does so much for our greyhound family. I want to sell alot of tickets so that I have a sizable donation to donate to him. All proceeds go to him, I am donating the afghan that I am making.
Hugs to the houndies. The afghan is 2/3 done and the greyhound looks greyt!!!!!
