Personally, i would be tempted to use Mr. Vicks tried and true punishment...soak his naughty bits in water and apply electricity. He would no dought see the light of day on how his poor pups felt.

I can't imagine a punishment good enough for him. He hung dogs and when 3 of them didn't die, he held them down in water filled buckets until they drowned. It's sickening. He deserves more than jail time. I hope it's the end of his career in football or anything else for that matter. He should be forced to give all his money to area Humane Societies. Then spend the time after he serves his 10 year jail sentence (I only wish) working in them and cleaning cages.

Vick needs to pay for what he has done and not get off with a slap on the wrist. I am sick and tired of hearing that this is racial against him. I would feel the same way if John Wayne (heaven forbid) or any other celebrity was involved with such a dastardly crime. Dog fighting and cock fighting is illegal and a cruel sport. Just received information from Humane Society that Amazon.com is selling books, etc and promote dog and cock fighting. I know I will never buy from them if they are going to continue to see these items. I guess they need money.
