We are still potty training Bear, but sometimes he pees on the hardwood floors by the crates.
Any good solution or cleaning stuff that can get the pee smell gone.

Any of the cleaners that have enzymes in them should work. PetTastic, Natures Miracle, etc. There are some all natural ones too. OxyClean is a good all purpose cleaner that's non abrasive. My former boss uses it on the woodwork on his boat to kill the bacteria - it's a non chlorine bleach that also has enzymes.
And if he's peeing near the crates, be sure to check under the crates (if you haven't already) to be sure no pee has puddled underneath or at the corners and dried, 'cause that stuff manages to travel a lot farther than it ought to!

He is growing up and has very few accidents now.
